Bright and Beautiful Kitchen Remodel in Shrewsbury, MA
This young Shrewsbury couple with a toddler and now a newborn, was looking to update the kitchen in their current home. It was too dark and outdated for their liking. They wanted to invest in wonderful new SubZero refrigerator, quartz countertops, improve the island, add a small beverage refrigerator for their growing family and add a wooden range hood feature.
In addition, they would be removing an upstairs vanity to make room for their washer and dryer, which was previously located just inside the house, off the garage on the first floor. Relocating the laundry room to upstairs made room for a small, but extremely useful mudroom with a custom bench, tall storage closet, and upper cabinets as well. There is now plenty of storage for supplies, water bottles, boots, clothing and baby items that are easily accessible.
We worked together with the couple to incorporate their ideas into this beautiful kitchen, featuring a combination of painted cabinets and wood, with a creative open shelving corner concept. It has become the kitchen dreams are made of. Not only did they survive the renovation with a newborn, the family now has a beautiful new space in which to live happily ever after!
